In my capacity as Senior Graphic Designer, my core responsibility transcended traditional design—acting primarily as the Artistic Director for a series of high-stakes catalogue projects across multiple brands: Goo-eez, Cloe e Cluzo, Petite Pistache, and Pawtek. The challenge was to deliver visually unified, brand-aligned catalogues within tight timelines, all while navigating the complexities of evolving brand identities and a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The objective was clear: produce premium-quality assets that would make a bold, lasting impact at major trade shows and industry events.
I led the artistic direction, architecting the visual language for each brand to ensure that every element—imagery, typography, and layout—was precisely aligned with the respective brand’s evolving identity. While managing the overarching creative vision, I took a hands-on approach to advanced Photoshop retouching, ensuring every product image was meticulously refined to meet the highest standards. Beyond design execution, I collaborated closely with junior designers, providing strategic guidance and technical mentorship. Together, we established clear brand standards and maintained consistency throughout, ensuring that each catalogue was not just a collection of products, but an authentic representation of the brand’s essence.
The process was a blend of high-level strategic direction and meticulous hands-on execution. I steered the design team through complex image editing and layout challenges, while also ensuring that junior designers were empowered to contribute creatively and efficiently. By developing and enforcing clear visual guidelines, I created a streamlined workflow that allowed for quick iterations without sacrificing quality. My retouching skills played a pivotal role in enhancing the product imagery, transforming raw shots into compelling visuals that resonated with the target audience. This combination of leadership and technical expertise ensured that each catalogue was not just on-brand but elevated beyond expectation.
The catalogues for Goo-eez and Cloe e Cluzo were delivered seamlessly, both on time and with flawless consistency. They became a cornerstone of the brands' presentations at trade shows, elevating their market presence and reinforcing their identity to key stakeholders. The visual cohesion across both brands solidified their standing in a highly competitive market. Ultimately, my strategic oversight, paired with the strong collaboration of the team, ensured a finished product that met—and exceeded—the client’s expectations.
