KAULK’s identity seamlessly blend tradition with modern elegance. The logo, gold typography, and botanical elements create a refined, cohesive visual system. Every design choice reinforces the brand’s heritage while ensuring consistency across packaging and marketing
Introduction:
KAULK is more than a skincare brand—it’s a modern interpretation of ancient Mexican healing traditions. The challenge was to craft a visual identity that honors this heritage while appealing to a contemporary audience. Every design element had to embody the transformative energy of sacred herbs and ritualistic self-care, translating tradition into a refined, immersive experience.
Concept Development:
The brand identity draws inspiration from pre-Hispanic symbolism, sacred geometry, and the organic textures of nature. Early explorations included mood boards featuring ancestral carvings, botanical sketches, and folkloric color palettes. The goal was to create a visual system that felt both mystical and luxurious, blending ancient wisdom with modern sensibilities. The logo, set in the minimalist DoUbLeBaSs font, reflects a refined yet contemporary approach, while the soap collection features a delicate rose motif, symbolizing transformation and healing.
Brand System & Applications:
The identity extends across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand experience. The logo appears on product packaging, digital platforms, and printed collateral, reinforcing consistency. The UI design embodies the same principles, featuring intuitive navigation, organic illustrations, and a calming color palette. Social media templates, packaging inserts, and promotional materials maintain the brand’s signature aesthetic, seamlessly integrating storytelling with functionality.
